Excel 2003 changes the table border and background color

① First, select the cells that you want to set background and border colors for, you can select them all, or hold down CTRL and the left mouse button to select individual cells;

② Click Format in the menu bar and select cells in the pop-up menu.

③ Select borders in the cell formatting window that pops up, and then set the color you want in color, and then click the "Outside" button to add a border to the cell.

④ the above steps and set the border color, let's go to "pattern" to set the table background color for the cell (as shown below) to determine.
