Excel2000 How to edit and query data records:

For data records in a list, Chinese Excel 2000 allows you to do the same editing as in Visual FoxPro 6 to create new, delete data records, query data records by certain criteria, and operate more simply by selecting the "Record" command from the data drop-down menu. These operations can be accomplished by entering the data record single dialog shown in Figure 6.

Note: In the Data Record Form dialog box shown in Figure 6, the "current record number/total record number" appears above the New button.

In a data sheet, the lookup data record is similar to the operation of the form in Visual FoxPro 6, and there is no more to say. To make a query condition, simply click the Condition button, go to the Data Sheet dialog shown in Figure 7, and then enter the query in each field box.

Note: In the Data Record List dialog box shown in Figure 7, the new button appears above the criteria (criteria).

At this point, the condition button changes to the Record form button, which you can click to return to the dialog box shown in Figure 6.

Literally, a data logger is a dialog box that makes it easy to enter or display a complete set of information or records in a list. Of course, it highlights the use of finding and deleting records. When you add a record to a new data list using a data record, the top of each column in the list must have a column label. Chinese Excel 2000 will also use these column labels to create fields on the record sheet.
