EXCHANGE2010 configuration-Set e-mail address policy

Many companies use domain names and external names that may be inconsistent with the intranet.

For example, a company intranet use ms.com, external network use Ms.global, the Enterprise mailbox suffix is generally used ms.global, but the default mail server will not accept the suffix of ms.global mail, because there is no ms.global this accepted domain.

The way to do this is to create a new accepted domain and update the e-mail address policy.

Enter the external domain name Ms. Global.

When you're done, you'll also need to update the user's email address via email address policy and click on "New e-mail address policy"
