Experience in loading Web parts incorrectly

After reading the SPS and WSS for a week, I have a clue.
But yesterday we encountered a big problem: loading all Web parts failed.
The environment I started was window2003 SP1, framework1.1, officexp, vs2003, and SharePoint 2003, and the system was running normally.

I need to use vsto2005 to install framework2.0, Office 2003 SP1, and IIS as framework2.0. At this time, a Web Part loading error occurs when the SPS portal is opened and any site is opened, I re-installed the system when I couldn't find the cause. At first I removed the 1.1framework installation from the 2003 system and installed framework2.0, Office 2003 SP1, Sharepoint 2003, portal and WSS creation issues remain.
Suddenly I saw WSS SP2 and SPS SP2. I installed WSS SP2 and solved the problem.
WSS SP2 and SPS SP2 are not required in framework1.1, but must be installed in framework2.0.

I hope it will be helpful to upgrade framework1.1 to framework2.0.
