Failed to start the cman service. please help me to see what's going on

The cman service failed to start. please take a look at what is going on-Linux general technology-Linux technology and application information. The following is a detailed description. I used the REDHAT6.0 system to perform the cluster and failed to start the cman service.
[Root @ future_ha1 ~] # Service cman start
Starting cluster:
Checking if cluster has been disabled at boot... [OK]
Checking Network Manager...
Network Manager is either running or configured to run. Please disable it in the cluster.
[Failed]
Stopping cluster:
