Find and xargs commands-I am a newbie

Find and xargs command usage questions-I am a newbie-general Linux technology-Linux technology and application information. The following is a detailed description. I have collected many things recently, but they are all stored in a folder. I want to use the ln command to create hard links by name in other directories, achieve classification sharing (for example, file names containing "linux" are linked to the same folder ).
However, the ln Command requires two parameters and does not know how to use find and xargs.
In this example, the command after xargs has only one parameter.
