The first test of linux-general Linux technology-Linux technology and application information is as follows. After the installation is successful, you can experience it easily!
1. The speed is fast. Let's talk about the apache server running on it. Compared with running on windows, the speed is obvious. I followed wordpress on top, and access speed in linux is much faster than that in windows.
2. Energy-saving and power-saving: ubutu can save 10% of the power than vista on the Internet. This can be seen. I bought a notebook with my friends. He used xp and I used ubuntu, when I watched the same movie, my fan didn't turn around, but the wind blew up and the heat sink was so hot.
3. Security. It is said that there is no virus in linux, which may be exaggerated. It is estimated that there are some viruses, but few viruses. It is said that his security is reflected in his updates. Whether it is system software or application software, as long as there is an update, ubuntu will be notified immediately, this has largely eliminated the hidden risks caused by system vulnerabilities.
4. Save time. How can this problem be solved? There are a lot of open-source software available for applications in linux, such as openoffice, apache, mysql, and so on. This saves us a lot of time to find cracked versions, crack patches, activation codes, and register machines.
