- Orcal clients can access the server side, Sqlplus can be connected, but the link with Plsql has been reported ora-12154 error, later colleagues reminded me that my plsql is installed in Win7 's default installation directory C:\Program Files (x86) under , but Orcal is unable to parse "()", copy Plsql to C:\Program files\plsql Developer 9.0.0.1601 (Plsql for Green Edition, no installation required)
