The workaround is as follows:
1. Windows key + R
2. Input shutdown.exe/r/o/f/t 00
3. Point "OK"
4. The system will automatically enter the "Options" page
5. Choose a troubleshooter
6. Select Advanced Options
7. Select Windows startup settings
8. Click the Reboot button
9. The system will reboot and jump to the advanced startup options page
10. Select "Disable driver forced signature"
11. After restarting the system, you can install the Arduino driver, the installation method is consistent with Windows 7
