ORA-01114, ORA-27067 Error resolution

Today, a friend asked the following case, ora-01114,ora-27067 and OSD-04026 errors appear simultaneously:

No current SQL statement being executed.

This error occurs in some versions of 9i because the file size exceeds the OS limit and is a problem that most appear on the Windows platform.

The notes:317174.1 on Metalink records a similar problem, which is Oracle server-enterprise edition-version:9.2.0.1.0 Microsoft Windows (32-bit) One of the bugs on:
Its a bugs specific to NT platform only. Cannot autoextend to 4Gb boundary,this bug are fixed in 9203.
317174.1 the error messages logged are as follows:

Ora-283:recovery session canceled due to errors
Ora-1115:io Error reading blocks from file one (Block # 204802)
Ora-1110:data file: ' E:oracleora92borgmaximo. ORA '
Ora-27069:skgfdisp:attempt to do I/O beyond the range of the file
Osd-4026:invalid parameter passed. (OS-204802)

But the database is 10.2.0.4 on 64-bit Windows, and the problem appears on the temporary tablespace file.

There are several related issues that have been queried for similar reasons: CTAs processing of large amounts of data results in an exception.

The problem of CTAs SQL has more than 600 case when judged, SQL text has 47K, strongly users recommend rewriting SQL.
