I am reading about the basic shell scripting from the Linux Command line and shell scripting Bible. It says the /etc/profile file sets the environment variables at the startup of the Bash shell. /etc/profile.dThe directory contains other scripts that contain application-specific startup files, which is also executed at STA Rtup time by the shell.

Bash window See Java_home set up, but./xxx always said not set, the original is the reason, the operation of the TMD set up Java_home but only exported the path, always thought that the Bash window echo can see is no problem, and finally found that this is the thing.
