Solution:
First, confirm that the service is enabled:
Right-click your computer and choose manage> services and applications> services> VMware USB Arbitration Service. Right-click and choose start ].
Set VMware:
[VM]-> [Settings]-> [Hardware]-> [USB Controller: Present]-> [Right: Connections selected ], in some cases, the third option is gray and cannot be selected. you can disable the Virtual Machine and choose "VM"> "Settings"> "Hardware"> "USB Controller: present]-> [Right: Connections three selected], now you can select.
After restarting the VM, insert a USB flash drive. The following message is displayed:
The following devices can be connected to this virtual machine using the status bar or choosing VM> Removable Devices: Each device can be connected either to the host or to one virtual machine at a time.
Click OK. If it does not work for the first time, restart it again.
