Method 1: delete QQ, download the latest version of QQ software, and try again. Remember to clear everything in the cache.

Method 2: Use the pp assistant to fix the crash

1. Install an iPhone & iPad & iPod PP assistant app on our device, and click repair.

2. Use the pc version to connect the device to the computer and then open the pp assistant to fix the problem.
