Q: My system is Windows Server 2003, which has several software that is very sensitive to system time, and can cause problems with software if the system is not in time. In order to avoid others to change the system time, I would like to prohibit the modification of the system time, how do I ask?

A: Yes, click the Start menu → run enter "gpedit.msc" to open the Group Policy Editor, in the left pane, click Computer configuration → windows settings → security settings → local policy → user rights assignment, and then in the right pane double-click Change system Time "Open the Properties dialog box, delete the user who does not want to change the system time (you can delete all, this will be more secure), click OK to exit, restart the system after the policy is effective.

Tip: If you want to modify the system time, just reset the "Change system time" policy to add your own account.
