For help! Wireless Nic Problems

For help! Wireless Network card problems-general Linux technology-Linux technology and application information, the following is a detailed description. I am a newbie. I recently installed a red flag 6.0 for learning. I installed xp and redflag6 dual systems.
The wireless NIC driver has been installed, but cannot connect to the wireless route. The wireless route has been searched, but the connection always fails.
The wireless network card model is MERCURY MW54U. in windows xp, we can see that the driver calls zd1211bu. sys.
The wireless route encryption method has been changed to wep encryption, but still cannot be connected.
