The Windows Task Manager can be used to view the currently running program, started processes, CPU and memory usage information. This provides us with ideas to further solve the problem, using the task manager is the only way for cainiao to compete.

1. You can benefit from a few cutting-edge technologies.

★Selective window control: we can control the layout of all windows by right-clicking "stacked window" and "horizontally tiled window" in the menu on the taskbar, but how many windows are there? One way is to press Ctrl, select the window to be controlled in the taskbar, right-click and select the appropriate command. Another method is: under the "application" tab of the task manager, press Ctrl and select the program to be operated, right-click the program, and select the corresponding command, this method is better than the first method. If we open a large number of windows, we often cannot see what the window is in the taskbar, which may lead to misoperations, but it is different in the task manager.

★Pay attention to CPU usage at any time: Generally, we only care about the CPU resources occupied by all running programs in the system. You can select the "option" menu in the task manager, select "auto-minimize during use" and "hide when minimized", then Run "Regedit" to open the Registry Editor and locate the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run" branch, create a REG_SZ value named "Taskmanager" and change it to "c: \ windows \ system32 \ cmd.exe"/c "start"/minc: \ windows \ system32 \ taskmgr.exe ". In this way, you can hover your mouse over a green icon in the system tray area at any time. Wait for a moment and check your CPU resources.

★Call the task manager for remote control: When we use Windows XP Remote Desktop Connection or third-party software for remote control, open the task manager in the system of the other party, you cannot use the Alt + Ctrl + Del or Ctrl + Shift + Esc hotkey to open the local task manager. The correct method is to run the "Task Manager" command in the right-click menu of the taskbar.

★Open the hot key in the cooler Task Manager: if you have to press three keys each time to open the task manager, it is C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ taskmgr.exe create a desktop shortcut, right-click the shortcut, select "properties", and assign a hotkey (such as F5) to it ).

★You can also play "run" in the task manager. If the "run" command in the "Start" menu is blocked, select "File> Create task (run) in the task manager) ", the effect is the same.

2. Add a "switch" to the task manager"

In Windows XP, there are three ways to disable and enable the task manager:

Method 1: run the "Regedit" command to open the Registry Editor and locate the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ System" branch in sequence, on the left side, find the "DisableTaskMgr" item (if not, create it, and its type is REG_DWORD). If its value is set to 1, disable it. If it is set to 0, enable it.

Method 2: Run "gpedit. run the msc command to open the "Group Policy" setting window, expand "Local Computer Policy> User Configuration> management template> system> Ctrl + Alt + Del option ", in the "delete Task Manager" attribute on the right, set it to "enabled ".

Method 3: The above two methods are valid for all users. If you want to disable a user separately, you can open the C: \ WINDOWS \ system32directory, press taskmgr.exe on the right, and select the "open mode" menu, in the displayed "Running identity" window, select "The following users" and specify a user.

TIPS:

The "Task Manager" in the right-click menu in the taskbar area is unavailable in gray, when running the "taskmgr" command, the system prompts that the "task manager has been disabled by the system administrator" fault can be solved through the above settings. In addition, if the information in the "username" column of the "process" tab of your task manager is lost (displayed as blank), Run "services. run the msc command to open the service settings window and restart the TerminalServices service.

3. Double-click the application in the task manager.

Many friends use the Task Manager countless times every day, but they do not know that there are many tips for "double-click:

★Double-click the border area of the task manager to display the task manager in "TinyFootprintmode" (simplified mode, which hides the color scheme. MediaPlayer also provides similar functions.

★Switch to the "application" tab and double-click a program in a list to bring the program to the top of the window. This technique is especially effective when the Windows XP taskbar does not respond, we will not use the switch window in the taskbar any more. However, when using this function, make sure to deselect "option> front-end display". Otherwise, the tip is invalid.

★Switch to the Application tab and double-click any blank area in the window to quickly minimize the task manager.

★Switch to the "performance" and "networking" labels, and double-click any area in the window to display the corresponding graph in the most screen mode for easy viewing.

4. Use the task manager to secretly run dongdongqiao

Step 1: first make sure to enable the "use Quick User Switch" function in the user account, and then open the program you want to run, such as enabling FlashFXP, BT to download things or Winamp to listen to songs.

Step 2: create an account with administrator permissions (assuming its account name is 123). Next, open the task manager and switch to the "user" tab, find the account name "123" in the list, right-click, select "Connect", enter the password of the account 123, and then switch to the account environment. Next, all our normal operations will be performed in the account environment, and previously secretly running programs will not appear in the taskbar and system tray, the "Applications" and "processes" of the task manager cannot be found, but they are still running silently.

TIPS:

To display these secret processes, click "show processes of all users" in the "processes" tab of the task manager.
