Our school has been approved by the Ministry of Education to enroll students separately, divided into two parts: Test and interview, test language (120Points), Mathematics (120Points), English (100Points), total340Points; interview80Points.
I also had the honor to accompany the last seat and attended an interview with the candidates.
Before the interview, I also worried about "fairness", "objectivity", and the proportion of interviews80The ratio of scores is appropriate. After all, it is not easy for the examinee to pass the examination within ten years. However, after the interview, it is very objective to say that the interview is well organized. Document and rationale13Groups, each group7A random combination of Experts half an hour before each interview.5Minutes to enter the test room, randomly answer questions, randomly arranged to a group for interviews. Each expert has a score table, score, and signature. Remove the highest score, the lowest score, and calculate the highest score.5Average score of people, register on the spot, and enter the computer.
But I also felt that there were many problems with our education during the two-day interview.
At present, education has always emphasized quality education, comprehensive quality, and balanced development. Our school also emphasizes Wide Foundation and quality. Although there is only one mesh for the fish, you don't know which mesh can be used for the fish, so you can't scatter a fishing net with only one mesh.
But what I don't understand is that in the high school, we began to divide the students into different subjects and the scores were very detailed: (Chinese, mathematics, and English) + (physical, chemical, biological, geographic, political, and historical ). In this way, many candidates do not even know the basic physical, chemical, biological, geographical, political, and historical knowledge (if this subject is not selected), such as how much electricity is used in daily life? How often? When was the Republic of China founded? In winter, why does the window contain water vapor? Some people say that this is a problem of the candidates themselves, not the problem of our educational designers. However, the reality is the reality. the baton of the College Entrance Examination always directs the examinee how they can successfully get through the bridge!
At present, many schools (Major) accept both arts and sciences and require physical knowledge in college, but they choose biochemistry in high school. How do you tell these students to study in college?
There are also some problems for the candidates themselves.
The interview examines the knowledge and adaptability of the candidates, rather than memorizing things. I remember that a candidate drew a question: three cats caught three mice in three minutes and asked100Catch in minutes100How many cats does a mouse need? The scientific thinking should be three, but one candidate obviously does not know such a "standard answer ". But he replied: I don't know how many cats, because the three cats can catch three mice in the past three minutes, but the mice are not dead. They want to escape.......So maybe later100A mouse cannot be caught in minutes.......Some candidates are "Honest" and only answer: Sorry, I don't know! Someone has even seen such a question (my daughter has been a sophomore in elementary school). He is fluent in answering the standard answer. Who do you think should get a higher score?
Other candidates are obviously prepared. (the most challenging part of this interview is that the number of questions on the question database is relatively small, and some candidates have repeatedly drawn a question.) He gave a speech freely, experts' comments are not necessarily high!
There is also a general sense that the overall quality of the key middle school (the famous middle school) students is higher. Maybe they have a high level of teachers, high learning efficiency, and complete equipment, students can learn more about extra-curricular things.
There is also a kind reminder to those who want to participate in the interview: Do not use "I'm right ...... A Comparative Study of "I'm right ...... relatively proficient ". Although Experts ask you about your expertise, you are not familiar with research and proficiency before experts! (Because some students either do not have any special skills, or they are more proficient in research, or they are not answering questions)
Interview is a challenge for everyone, especially those who are introverted, inexpressive, and knowledgeable.......
