GeoIP database: http://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLiteCountry/GeoIP.dat.gz.

First, download the required resources on the Maxmind website

After downloading, we unzip it to D disk, specific installation document see GeoIP Legacy City Database Installation Instructions

Maxmind provides a variety of API interfaces, such as: Perl, Java, Python, C, PHP, C #, etc., we use C # (HTTPS://GITHUB.COM/MAXMIND/GEOIP-API-CSHARP2) here, This library was written using mono and downloaded into visual Studio.
