Get program Full path

There are two similar functions in the Sysutils cell, and two functions have the following differences:

The last character of the Extractfilepath returns value is the backslash "\".

Extractfiledir (Application.exename); The return value is C:\1

Extractfilepath (Application.exename); The return value is C:\1\

Same point: If the execution file is in the root directory (for example: C:\1.exe), the return value of both is the same
