The 1, one () method function is to bind the selected element to a handler function that triggers only once, and its invocation is in the syntax form one (type, [data], FN)

Where the parameter type is an event type, that is, what type of event needs to be triggered, parameter data is an optional parameter, an extra data object that is passed as the value of the Event.data property to the event object, and the function to be triggered when FN binds the event.
