Tutorial Step four, after you go to the Open dialog box, select the image you want to insert, and then click the Align Center button in the toolbar, as shown in Figure 4-11.

When you do this, the image frame state, which will automatically be the same size as the source image, is displayed in the layout view after you insert it. In Figure 4-11, because an animated GIF is inserted, the layout view cannot display it, click the Preview tab in the document window, and then enter the preview view to see how it will appear on the Web page, as shown in Figure 4-12. By the way, if you want to get this image and other materials used in this tutorial, please contact this author.

Figure 4-14 Preview The results of this operation in Netscape
Because the image is inserted in advance using the second image frame, and its size and position are determined, you can easily determine the size of the first image frame in this step so that the image inserted with it is suitable. The third image Frame that is copied above can also be manipulated so that the result of inserting the image is shown in Figure 4-14.
Note: The Web browser in Figure 4-14 is Netscape 4.5, and the content displayed does not differ from the previous preview, which is a feature of GoLive 5, where the Web pages are designed to be displayed in many kinds of web browsers, while the Dreamweaver 3 is not necessarily able to do this.
