Help. compilation problems when installing the RTLinux package in Ubuntu

Recently, we are preparing to use RTLinux for development. after reading the introduction, we chose Ubuntu10.04 as the initial platform. the kernel version is 2.6.32-41. generic, according to the online RTLinux installation tutorial mounted a 2.4.20 kernel, and then use the RTLinux-3.2-pre3, use patches corresponding to the 2.4.20 patch, and then re-compile the kernel. However, a problem occurs during compilation. as shown in the following figure, the red horizontal line is the error message, and the blue horizontal line is the same line at the upper and lower pages.
I checked some information on the internet. it seems that the GCC version is too high, but it is not recommended to downgrade it on the Internet, but to use something named package, however, after searching the Internet for a long time, you cannot find the download connection or use the apt-get download name in Ubuntu.
