Third, the work of the time assessment.

• It is often asked to assess time during work. After all, leadership needs a specific development time.
• Some companies require more stringent, if the planned time is not on-line success, is to accept the punishment. Some companies will ask for more slack, the time can be postponed a few days.
• Evaluation time is generally the time to evaluate the development time of each small module in the requirement. This time *1.5 is the time for the newspaper to go. Here the 1.5 to be based on the strength of the team, the attitude of leadership to adjust, the scope is generally: 1.3~2.0.
• If the leader feels that the estimated time is long, it will be compressed. If there is a competition team, will be to a certain extent compression development time, after all, who do not want to be worse than the other side, this situation requires the development manager on both sides to communicate more, to maintain a basic consistent with each other better.
• If the leader specifies that the fixed time must be on-line, but the scheduling is too tight, you can properly cut off the demand for multiple iterations.
• Experienced developers themselves to assess the time is generally adequate, the most fear is the big leadership of the urgent needs, not to split the demand, can only bite the bullet to work overtime.
• If the developer does not evaluate their own time, or the time is significantly too much, mostly because the demand-related technical mastery is not proficient.
