Chmod and chown have certainly been used. The setfacl access control list is used, and the result is still unavailable.

The details are as follows:
/Var/ftp/pub/12/
12 This folder has the maximum permission, drwxrwxrwx +
However, using a windows browser ftp: anonymous access through an IP address can upload files to the 12 folder, but there is no way to download the files. 550 error.
In linux, the uploaded files are all-rw ------- +, and the folder attributes are not automatically inherited (setfacl has already been set !! The acl indicates that if the default value is set, the new file will automatically inherit the default attribute, but this is actually not the case. The online comrades said this, I wonder if they have actually tried it ?).

In an article, we can see that the user for anonymous download is: nobody? But I'm not sure. Can you give me some guidance?
