Found to only use http://test.cpanel.net /~ Fred can access phpspy to perform cross-site access.
However, I disabled the Tweak mod_userdir Security feature in WHM.
Http://test.cpanel.net /~ Fred accessed the website in this way. Some time ago, I still don't know how to do this.
I heard that some php functions can be disabled by phpspy as long as they are disabled.
