Add the certificate snap-in to the user account's MMC |

Click"Start", Click"Start searching", TypeMMC, And then pressEnter. |

On the "file" menu, click Add/delete snap-in . |

under "available management units" , double-click "certificate" , and then:

If you log on as an administrator, click my User Account , click finish . |

If you log on as a user, the certificate is automatically loaded. |

If there are no other management units to add to the console, click"OK". |

To save this console, go"File"Click"Save". |

Another method:
Click Start" And then click "run" , TypeCertmgr. MSCAnd then click OK" .

In MMC, expand "Certificate-current user" And then expand "personal" .

In the right pane, right-click and point to "all tasks" And then click Apply for a new certificate" .

On the first page of the Certificate Application Wizard, click "Next" .

In "certificate type" Page, in the "Certificate type" Click "user" in the list" And then click "Next" .

In "the name and description of the Certificate" Page, in the "note name" Enter a descriptive name (such as a network certificate) in the box) , In the "Description" Enter the description (optional) in the box, and then click "Next" .
On the last page of the wizard, click Finish" .
You should be able to see a dialog box with the content "Certificate Application successful" .
