How Outlook sends messages

Set up Outlook Express software to send and receive messages in the Chinese version of Outlook Express 6 for example:

Step 1, when you open Outlook Express, click the Tools menu in the window and select account.

Step 2, click the "Mail" tab, click on the "Add" button on the right, select "Mail" in the menu that pops up.

Step 3, in the pop-up dialog box, according to the prompts, enter "display Name", and then click "Next".

Step 4, enter your email address and click "Next".

Step 5, enter the POP and SMTP server addresses for your mailbox:

POP3 server: mail.yourdomain.com

SMTP server: mail.yourdomain.com

Then click "Next".

Step 6, enter the account number and password, then click "Next". Note: Account number to fill in the full address of the mailbox!

Step 7, click the Finish button to save the settings.

Step 8, set up SMTP server authentication: In the Mail tab, double-click the account you just added, and eject the property box for this account. Please click on the "Server" tab, and then at the lower "send mail Server", select the "My server requires authentication" option, and click the "Settings" tab on the right, select "Use the same settings as the incoming mail server."

Click "OK", then "close" the account box, now that you have set up successfully, click the "Send Receive" button in the main window to receive mail.

If you want to keep a copy of your message in the server's mailbox while you are using Outlook, click the Advanced tab in the account's properties and select the "Keep a copy of the message on the server" option. (the proposal does not keep, lest the mailbox can not be used to receive new mail in time!)

The settings are complete and you can now send and receive messages in the main window.
