1, open PS, press the key combination CTRL + N, create a new file, set the parameters as shown, and then click OK button.

2, on the menu bar to perform: filter--texture--mosaic spell.

3, in the Open dialog box, set the parameters as shown in the figure, and then click the OK button.

4, open an eye of the material, and then drag to the business card, forming layer 1.

5, on the Layer 1 operation, on the toolbar using the Ellipse tool, set feather radius of 10.

6, draw an ellipse, circle the eyes, and then perform ctrl+j, quickly copy and form a layer, hide layer 1, as shown in the figure:

7, the new layer to set the blending mode is: linear light.

8, press the ctrl+t, open the free transform tool, drag the picture to the position shown in the figure, press the ENTER key to turn off the free transform tool.

9, using the Type tool, set the parameters in the property bar as shown in the figure, and then enter text: Baidu.com.

10, select the background layer, and then use the Rectangle tool to add a black background to the text.
