How Skype Internet telephony uses

Solution:

This document describes the logon and usage of Windows 8.1 random Skype network calls.

This document's test hardware for Lenovo IdeaPad Y400 notebook, hardware configuration for Intel I5 3210M, 4G memory, 1TB hard disk, the system uses the local account login, the test account for the author of my account. All of the following test screens and tests are measured for this hardware platform for reference only.

The following steps can be used to refer to the action. Random Skype Network phone for the paid software, the specific tariff problems, please consult the software provider.

1. In the start UI (start) screen to find Skype network phone and click to enter;

2. Skype start-up;

3. The first time the system will be prompted to the issue of permissions, we need to choose "Allow";

4. Because the system uses the local account to log in, needs to switch to the Microsoft account to be able to use later, we select "Next";

5. Here you will be prompted to enter your Microsoft username and password, and then choose Next after completing the completion (if you do not have the option to "Create a new account")

6. Please wait a moment, this operation time is related to your network environment;

7. Here may prompt SkyDrive is enabled, please click "Next" to continue;

8. When ready, click "Switch" and wait a moment to switch to the Microsoft account, please note that after switching to a Microsoft account, you will need to enter your Microsoft account password to log on to the computer next time, please remember the password.

9. Skype will continue to log in, please wait a moment;

10. If you are landing for the first time, the following options will appear;

12. When you login successfully will jump to Skype network phone's main interface, you can click the icon shown below to enter the dial;

13. You can enter the phone number to dial in the dial below, and then select the button shown in the following image to dial;

14. At this time, please open your microphone and playback equipment, waiting for the phone to be connected, after dialing features as shown in the following figure:
