How the default unit of measure for Word2013 changes

to change the default unit of measurement for Word, follow these steps:

Step one: Open the Office Word2013 software first, either directly from the desktop shortcut or from the Start menu.

Step two: After entering the Word2013 editing interface, click on the upper left corner of the "file" into the file page.

Step three: After entering the file page, click the "Options" button in the lower left corner of the page to open the Word Options window.

Step four: After you open the Word Options window, click Advanced on the left to go to the Advanced Settings tab.

Step Five: Drag the scroll bar of the Advanced tab down, find the display column, have the option to set the unit of measurement in the Display column, select the unit of measure you want from the Drop-down list, select OK, and then click OK.

Step six: Then go back to the word editing page and you'll notice that the unit of measurement in Word has changed to the unit you just set up.
