How the WIN8 system restricts the speed of Internet transmission

1, the right mouse click "Start", in the "Search" box input "GPEdit", pop-up "local Group Policy Editor";

2, turn on "Computer Configuration"-"Administrative Templates"-"Network", click "QoS Packet Scheduler" to find the "limit to retain bandwidth" policy;

3, select "Enabled", and in the lower bandwidth limit to enter the value you want, to change the numerical value of the percentage;

4, click the OK button and restart the computer to make the Group Policy effective
