How to adjust the Win7 preview window size according to user needs

Operation Steps

Open the Start menu, enter "Regedit.exe" in the Start Search box, and press ENTER to open Registry Editor.

If you have a User Account Control window to jump out, press "yes" to continue.

Locate the following registry key: Hkey_current_usersoftwaremicrosoftwindowscurrentversionexplorertaskband

In the right margin, right-click the mouse and select "New" "DWORD (32-bit) value".

It is then named "Minthumbsizepx".

Next, double-click the new "minthumbsizepx" value that you just created. Select Cardinality as Decimal. Numeric data you can decide for yourself according to the situation. The System default Preview window is about 230 pixels in size, so you can adjust it up and down. For example, this article is set to 300 pixels to enlarge the window.

Press "OK". Then exit the registry. Restart the computer to see the effect. Is it getting a little bigger? You want to get back to the same thing? That's easy, just delete the new registry value!
