How to apply for Bing API key

1: Open the URL https://login.live.com/registered account and login (click on the Login button), in the new window click on the "Register Now" (with account can directly login)

2: Fill in the relevant information (the recommended use of Hotmail mailbox), fill it out and click on the following  PS: Country or region do not select ' China ', otherwise will appear ' in your market not provided ', if already registered please in ' My Account '-' account information '-' Edit ', select a different country or region and language, after the successful subscription, you can change the language back to Chinese

3: After successful registration, open the URL: https://datamarket.azure.com/register?redirect=%2Fbrowse%2Fdata jump to the page that registers the Windows Azure Marketplace account, Enter information such as first name and last name, click "Continue" button

4: Tick "I accept the terms of use", click Register, complete the Windows Azure Marketplace account Registration

5: Register as Developer (Developer account is API account). Click on "Developer" under "My Account", such as:

6: Click the "Register" button in the new page:

7: Fill in the relevant information, click Create. (The client ID is the API account, the client key is the API password)

8: Subscribe to the Microsoft Translator API. Click the "Data" menu in the navigation bar, enter "Microsoft Translator" in the Search box, click the Search icon

9: Click on the search results in "Microsoft Translator", enter the subscription screen, click on the right of the "register" button.

10: Tick the terms of service, click "Register"

11: Subscription complete.

12: View usage data.

13: Prior to login transmate,7.0 the developer's account number and key can be entered in the pre-translation to use the Bing API, 7.0 and later in the settings-"option-" machine translation-"API settings to fill in the developer's account and key.
(Note that this is not a master account key and customer ID.)
