1. Run UltraISO as Administrator and open the prepared ISO image file by tapping the Open button under the File menu.

2. Select "Start" → "write to hard disk image". Ensure that the files above the USB flash drive are backed up before writing, or the system will automatically format the USB drive before writing.

3. After the system formats the USB flash drive, it will start burning Ubuntu 13.10 image to the USB flash drive.

4. When the following process bar is complete, an Ubuntu installation USB flash drive is finished.

PS: Other Systems window 7/8, Windows XP, Vista can be made this way.
