How to check if Bioperl is installed correctly

If it is a Linux system, open a terminal at will, and if you are using a Windows system, open a command prompt.

Enter the following command:

Perldoc Bio::seqio

The purpose of the above command is to see if the documentation for the Bio::seqio module exists and, if so, to have the corresponding document output, the Bio::seqio module is installed, and if not, the module is not found in Perl and the Bio::seqio module is not installed.

Verify that there are two methods for installing the Bioperl: 1 in the terminal. Enter the following command:perldoc bio::seqio or perldoc bio::searchio 2 run perl Bio::P erl command.
