The secret file is associated with the Word. When you double-click a file, the system automatically starts its associated program to open it. However, some types of files do not have associated programs for various reasons, so they cannot be opened directly. To open such a file, we generally start the application first, and then use the "open" command in the "file" menu to open it. This method is not recommended because you need to locate the required file step by step in the open dialog box. Here are a few tips to help you quickly open non-associated files in Windows.

In Windows 98/Me, click open mode and select the program to be used from the pop-up dialog box. Note: in Windows 98, if you do not have the "open mode" option in the shortcut menu after right-clicking a file, When you right-click the file, press and hold the Shift key.
