Get the following page:

Click Org to get the following interface:

Click Springframework to get the following interface:

Then click Spring to get the following interface:

Click 4.0.3RELEASE to get the following:

Finally click on the Psring-framework-4.0.3.release-dist. Unzip to find the jar package in the file.
