Recently dealt with a customer's question about Skype for business, which happens today, sometimes, to share with you.

Problem description Information:

When 1 users in the company make a call to another colleague through Skype for business, if the other person is not there and does not receive the call, this time the user will be sent an e-mail informing them of the time when they called you, such as:

How does this function turn off?

The problem is that the default UM mailbox policy is enabled for the Skype for Business Server and Exchange UM features that are deployed in our environment, such as:

If you want to turn off this feature, we have 2 ways:

1. Shutdown via client OWA or Outlook (this method applies to individual user actions)

    • shut down in OWA: go to Voice mail settings, owa-> settings, and then remove the "send email to my inbox when I miss a call" check box

    • Outlook off: turn this feature off by Outlook: Open Outlook, navigate to: File-Info, click: Voice mail

650) this.width=650; "height=" 833 "title=" clip_image002 "style=" border:0px;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px; Padding-left:0px;background-image:none, "alt=" clip_image002 "src=" http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/M01/8A/10/ Wkiom1glvwlgjyrdaahgp7jo_zo896.png "border=" 0 "/>

Automatically open OWA via IE, enter the user's user name and password, and then close the Voice settings option to OWA

650) this.width=650; "height=" 396 "title=" clip_image003 "style=" border:0px;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px; Padding-left:0px;background-image:none, "alt=" clip_image003 "src=" http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/M01/8A/0C/ Wkiol1glvwpbrri_aactvb0weua406.jpg "border=" 0 "/>

2. Global shutdown of this feature (we can globally close via the Exchange command line)

Open EMS and enter the following command

Set-ummailboxpolicy-identity "ex2013um Default Policy"-allowmissedcallnotifications $false
