How to implement a query that matches the case exactly

1. MS SQL Server 7 case Sensitive Query
SQL 7 The default sort order in installation is case-insensitive (case-sensitive), so when comparing strings, ' abc '
is equivalent to ' ABC '. So how do case matching queries?
This can be done by using the Cast, convert function, which is achieved by comparing the strings in binary form. Take CAST as an example: SELECT *from myTable
WHERE cast (fld_1 as VARBINARY) = cast (fld_2 as VARBINARY (50))
2. Access case sensitive query uses StrComp (compare in Vbbinarycompare) SELECT *
From Mytable1,mytable2where StrComp (mytable1.fld1,mytable2.fld1,0) = 0 or
SELECT *
From MyTable1 INNER myTable2 on StrComp (mytable1.fld1,mytable2.fld1,0) = 0
