The parameters taken are different depending on your equipment. I recommend a few more commonly used parameters for your reference: ISO3200 F2.8 16MM 20S, ISO3200 F4 16MM 20S. In simple terms, high ISO, maximum aperture, exposure between 20 seconds to 30 seconds.
