How to prevent specifying IP access to my Computer-security settings

Use IP policy to block this IP from accessing any of your ports.

Below is the method:
You're using XP. Yes, I'm going to be XP!
Open: Control side-admin tools-Local Security settings. Point to the left of the IP security policy on the local computer.
Then right-click on the right--Create an IP Security policy and open the IP Security Policy Wizard.
Next, the IP Security policy name appears, just as soon as you can. Like Stop 192.168.1.163.
Next, the Activation Default response rule appears, do not select, remove the hook.
Next, select Edit properties and finish.
Then there is the IP Security policy attribute, the add below the point, the rule attribute, click Add, and the IP list appears. Remove using the Add Wizard, add the right side of the point, and the filter properties appear.
The Address bar original addresses select a specific IP 192.168.1.163. The destination IP is my IP address. then click OK.
Now go back to the IP filter list, click OK, you should have a list in the rule attribute, select it. Then switch to the Filter Action tab, remove the Use Add Wizard, and click Add. In the Security tab of the filter action properties that appears, select Block and click OK. A blocking option is selected in the Filter Action tab to select it.
In short, in the IP filter list you want to select the list you have built, the filter action to select the block. Then click Apply to close later.
Now go back to IP Security policy properties here, put your IP filter list on the hook and click Close.

At this point, you will have one more strategy in the local security settings that you started to open, which is what you built
