1. Open the worksheet you want to print, and click the Print Title button in the page Setup group on the Page Layout tab, as shown in Figure 1.

2, you will open the sheet tab of the Page Setup dialog box, and enter the address of the cell you want to print as the header row in the Top header row text box, as shown in Figure 2.

Tip: Check the "gridlines" checkbox, print the grid line; If you are using a Black-and-white printer, check the monochrome print checkbox, which saves printing time for color printers, and the draft quality check box to reduce the printing time but reduce the quality of the print; tick line sign check box, print the row and column labels for the worksheet, and in the annotation drop-down list, select whether to print the annotation and where the annotation will be printed; The radio button in the print order group sets the order in which the worksheets are printed.
3, in the Page Setup dialog box, click the Print Preview button to preview the title row effect, at which point you can see that each page contains a header row, as shown in Figure 3.
