How to recover the Sybase database

I installed the sybase12, a few days ago the system suddenly inexplicably broken down. Because it is my own machine, so I installed all the software on D disk, which is really helpful to me. It can be seen that a good habit is very much to be got.
After I reinstall the system, the database must not be used, but can restore it? The most I care about most is my data. When you think of using Oracle, there is a way to recover, that is, to install the database system in the way it was originally installed on the system, and then replace the data files held on D disk, and so on, the database is easy to recover.
In this case, of course, I worked immediately. First the copy of the reserved on D disk to another place, and then take the last time, including the naming method, select directory, etc., to install the Sybase server and client, after the successful completion of the installation.
I stopped the Sybase service, copied all the data folders under the Sybase server directory in the original system (in my case, D:ybase Ybase_s\data, the master device file) to the same location under the new installation, and then restarted the Sybase service.
Restart success, gave a lot of confidence; see if the original database is all out, into Sybase Centrel, found that there are now, ah, my god! everything is OK.
