1. From the document layout drop-down list in the main toolbar, choose a document layout save mode.
Note: The available file formats are listed in each mode.
Format Save mode:
A. Exact copy produces a document with the same format as the original format. It is recommended that you use this option for documents that are complex in format, such as brochures. However, note that this option restricts the ability to change the text and formatting of the output document.
B. An editable copy produces a document that may have a slightly different format than the original format. Documents generated in this mode are easy to edit.
C. Formatted text preserves fonts, font sizes, and paragraphs, but does not preserve the exact spacing or placement of objects on the page. The left-aligned text is generated. Text that is read from right to left is right-aligned. Note: In this mode, the vertical text changes to horizontal text.
D. Plain text This mode does not preserve text formatting.
E. Flexible layout It is technically possible to generate an HTML document whose object location is as close to the original document as possible.
