1 new file with a width of 600, high 400, then fill the background with black
2 Add a layer
3 Selection Brush tool, set brush size to 2 pixels, press X to convert foreground color to white, press SHIFT to drag the mouse vertically to draw a line
4 Click Edit/Transform/rotate
5 Set rotation value to 45 degrees
6 Filter/Style/wind
7 Set "method is: The wind direction is: From left"
8 Press Ctrl+f Once (purpose repeats previous action)
9 Click "Edit/Transform/rotate" to set the rotation value to:-45 degrees, press ENTER to determine
10 Copy Layer 1
11 Click Edit/Transform/Horizontal Flip
12 Move the feather to the right position with the mobile tool

13 Hide the background layer (click on the background layer of the eye), and then merge the visible layer, the layer 1 copy.
14 Add a layer, then show the background layer (and then click the background layer of the eye), select the Ellipse tool, drag a small oval above the feather
15 Fill the small ellipse white, then click "Select/Modify/Shrink" to set a contraction of 1 pixels
16 press the keypad on the key one time (note: To turn off the NumLock led), and then press DELETE, and then press the Ctrl+d (deselect) to draw a picture effect
13 Hide the background layer (click on the background layer of the eye), and then merge the visible layer, the layer 1 copy.
