How Windows 7 prevents the computer from waking up through the mouse or keyboard

1. Press and hold the win+r key on the keyboard, enter devmgmt.msc in the run and click OK to open Device Manager.

2. Find the keyboard and mouse and other pointing devices , double-click the specific device below, click Power Management in the new pop-up window, and then Cancel to allow this device to wake the computer , click Be sure to save without restarting the computer.
