Choose "start"> "Control Panel"> "network connection"> "Local Connection"> "properties"> "internet Protocol". Specify the IP address, subnet mask, default gateway, and dns server. Note: Ask the local telecom for the server address ), click OK.
Open the browser and type http: // 192.168.1.1 to open the modem setting interface. The default username and password are lower-case admin. Enter the password to go to the configuration page.

Enable DHCP mode and set it to the server.
