Today, I decided to install Apache2.2-Linux Enterprise Application-Linux server application in ubuntu. The following is a detailed description. Download, decompress, prepare information, compile and install apachectl-k start, and modify httpd. conf. Everything was done smoothly. However, http: // 127.0.0.1 cannot be connected at all in the browser.
$ Ping 127.0.0.1.
$ Ifconfig: only the wireless network eth0 is displayed, and lo is not displayed.
$ Ifconfig-a: four networks, including lo
Sudo: continue.
$ Vi/etc/network/interfaces
See
Auto lo
Iface lo inet loopback
Didn't it start automatically at startup? Probably not, because my wireless network cannot be auto, and I have to start it in the graphic interface of Network Management every time. But there is no lo in the graphic interface.
Search and find the ifup command.
$ Ifup lo
The following error message is displayed:
/Etc/network/interfaces: 21: option with empty value
Ifup: couldn't read interfaces file "/etc/network/interfaces"
So I continued to search for materials and finally found that such a command was required to manually start a network interface.
$ Ifconfig io up
$ Ping 127.0.0.1
Yes. Enter http: // 127.0.0.1 in the browser and you will see It works!
However, the configuration in interfaces does not work. I don't know what is going on. I have to figure it out. Otherwise, I have to set ifconfig up and the graphic management interface every time I start the computer.
