Procedure

1. Open the C:/program files/common files/InstallShield/driver directory.

2. delete other directories in the directory

3. Clear other directories in the C:/program files/common files/InstallShield/professional/runtime/directory.

4. Download and install in sequence:

Http://support.installshield.com/kb/files/Q108322/ISScript7x.zip

Http://support.installshield.com/kb/files/Q108322/ISScript8.zip

Http://support.installshield.com/kb/files/Q108322/ISScript10.zip

Http://support.installshield.com/kb/files/Q108322/ISScript101.zip

Http://support.installshield.com/kb/files/Q108322/ISScript1050.zip

Http://support.installshield.com/kb/files/Q108322/ISScript11.zip

 

5. After that, enter services. MSC in the Start menu and press Enter. Select to automatically execute the install drive table Manager Service and enable it.
