Locate the Hosts file in the Windows-system32-drivers-ect directory

Open the Hosts file (you can open it with Notepad) and fill in the following file:

203.208.46.146 www.google.com

74.125.113.121 developer.android.com

203.208.46.146 dl.google.com

203.208.46.146 dl-ssl.google.com

Click on the Tools menu of the Android SDK Manager and select option

The Android SDK manager-setting in force https://... Item selected


Assume that because of administrator permissions, the hosts can not change, another way:

in the Android SDK Manager Setting form, set the tool folder under the optionHTTP proxy Server and HTTP proxy port this 2 parameters, respectively, are set to:

HTTP Proxy server:mirrors.neusoft.edu.cn

HTTP Proxy por:80

Then put the following force. Http://...sources to is fetched using http: Option tick, close Android SDK manager Setting, and then launch Android SDK manager Setting again, then you can download it at high speed
